At PathChangers, our purpose is to empower young adults with the support, resources, and guidance they need to build stable, independent, and purpose-driven lives. We are committed to expanding access to safe, affordable housing and ensuring no young adult ever has to worry about where they will lay their head at night. Through housing assistance, essential resources, and ongoing support, we work to remove barriers that stand in the way of long-term stability and success.
About us
PATHChangers, Inc. is a faith based 501c3, non-profit organization, whose extraordinary mission is to provide stable and affordable housing to all 18-26 year-old at-risk young adults who have aged out of the foster care system and other young adults throughout Wake County that face homelessness. This will allow them to acquire the education, life skills and resources necessary to build self-sufficient and prosperous lives.
